Basil flavored EVOO does wonders as a simple pasta topping or drizzled over soups (especially tomato-based ones!). But that’s not it. I sometimes add a splash of this basil evoo in my salad to give it an extra layer of flavor. Alternatively, I use it in my homemade pesto sauce. It’s so versatile!
