I’ve always purchased the different brands EVOO under the misconception that it had to be eaten cold like with salads. Once I tried the Nobile and its spicy flavour, 8be never looked back. The so-called more established brands had a musty flavour that I was mistakenly told was good. Nobile is now my go to oil for just about everything. Frying to Salads. High quality oil that doesn’t break the bank! A 5-L tin can last us family of five for 3 months. We use this for our daily cooking and salads. And, I’m really liberal when it comes to “drizzling” my salads with olive oil, or in my dishes…. because it’s so rich in antioxidants!
