Parking instruction

These instructions apply to those who shop online with Timperio and select self-collection as the delivery option upon checkout.

The instructions for self-collection are as follows:

BEFORE COMING TO THE WAREHOUSE:

1. You will receive an e-mail when your parcel is ready for collection at our warehouse located at 28 Riverside Road, #05-01 Progen Building, S’739085. Usually, the parcel will be ready the day after your order confirmation.
2. Inform us about your estimated time of pick-up at our WhatsApp number +65 8304 9510. Our warehouse is open for self-collection from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 4 pm.
3. Upon reaching the warehouse, please contact our warehouse manager at +65 8104 5061.

COMING TO THE WAREHOUSE:

1. If you are coming by car, you may access the building through 30 Marsiling Industrial Estate Rd 5 for easier access.
2. If you are coming by public transport, the closest MRT station to our warehouse is Woodlands. From Woodlands MRT station it is advisable to use a taxi to go to the warehouse.
